Our Story
Founded in 2016,Built on Referrals
Supercell Systems was founded in Long Island City in 2016 with a straightforward premise: most commercial security work is sold by people who never return to service it. We wanted the same team that designs a system to be the team answering the phone three years later.
That approach turned out to be commercially useful as well as principled. Nearly all of our growth has come from referrals and repeat work — property managers who moved us with them, and clients who started with one door and expanded to full portfolios.
Since then we've grown into a full-spectrum integrator across six disciplines — access control, AI video surveillance, event and venue WiFi, network infrastructure, audio/visual, and managed service — while staying deliberately small enough that clients still reach a person who knows their building.
Today that work spans commercial real estate, diplomatic missions, cultural institutions, media, and live productions, from single sites in Manhattan to deployments as far afield as Kennedy Space Center.

We hold certifications across competing platforms specifically so we can recommend the one that fits your building rather than the one we're obliged to sell.
We provision named accounts with permissions scoped to each person's role. We don't hand over a shared master password, and we don't keep back-door access to your systems.
As-builts, labeling schedules, and device inventories are delivered with the project — so you're never dependent on us to understand your own infrastructure.

NYS Security License #12000377018, with insurance appropriate to commercial and institutional work. Certificates of insurance are provided on request for building management and GC requirements.
Direct manufacturer certification with Brivo, Kisi, Eagle Eye Networks, AXIS, Hanwha, Cisco Meraki, EnGenius, and the AI analytics platforms we deploy — which means direct support escalation rather than a reseller in the middle.
Registered for government procurement with the documentation, insurance, and compliance posture that RFP responses and institutional vendor onboarding require.
The NYC tri-state area is our primary market and where most work sits. We also handle national multi-site rollouts and international projects when a client's footprint calls for it.
