Reselling two platforms does not mean we only work on two. We service, support and install every major access control platform — so if you have inherited a system from a previous contractor, we can take it over rather than tell you to rip it out.

Inherited a system?
Most buildings we take on already have access control in place. We work on all of it — taking over service, adding doors, integrating it with video, or migrating it when the platform genuinely no longer fits.
Platforms we regularly service and install include: Brivo · Kisi · Avigilon Alta · Verkada · Genetec Synergis · LenelS2 (OnGuard, NetBox).
Some enterprise platforms gate software licensing behind manufacturer authorisation. Where that applies we will tell you up front what we can support directly and what needs the manufacturer involved.
Visitor Management
Envoy, Integrated With Your Access Control
Access control secures the doors. Visitor management handles everyone who does not have a credential — contractors, deliveries, interviews, guests. We deploy Envoy and tie it into the access platform, so a visitor signing in at reception can be issued a temporary credential that expires on its own.
- Pre-registration and sign-in, with host notification on arrival
- Temporary credentials that expire without anyone having to remember to revoke them
- An auditable record of who was in the building and when — the question that gets asked after an incident, not before
- Agreements, NDAs and watchlist screening handled at sign-in where a tenant requires it
