Temporary networks are self-contained by nature: designed, shipped, deployed, load-tested and struck inside a defined window. That model transfers across borders far more cleanly than permanent installations do.
Where local labor, licensing or suppliers are required, we coordinate rather than pretend otherwise. The design, configuration and standards stay ours; the hands on site may be a vetted local partner working to our specification.
Equipment import, carnets, local power and connectivity standards, and regional compliance obligations are established during scoping. These determine feasibility more often than the technology does.
We do not claim a global footprint we do not have. International engagements are quoted individually against the specific location, timeline and local conditions — and we will tell you when the honest answer is that a local integrator is the better choice.

We operate from one office at 34-18 Northern Blvd in Long Island City — we don't claim regional branches we don't have. Work beyond the tri-state area is scoped individually so you know exactly what is being mobilized and what it costs.
How It Runs
International work is selective and mostly event-driven. Temporary networks travel well because they are self-contained by nature; permanent installations abroad carry obligations that are usually better held by someone local. Being clear about that difference is the point of this page.
Temporary networks are designed, staged, deployed, load-tested and struck inside a defined window, which is exactly the kind of work that transfers across borders cleanly. The client typically wants the same crew that delivered their New York event, working to the same design, because a production schedule leaves no room to brief a new vendor on how the show runs.
Getting equipment to site is frequently the hardest part of an international deployment, and it is planned first rather than last. That means realistic shipping windows, temporary import documentation where it applies, and a spares strategy that assumes a replacement cannot simply be couriered overnight. Kit is pre-configured before it ships so that on-site time is spent installing rather than provisioning.
Voltage, plug types and permitted wireless channels vary by country, and wireless regulation in particular is not something to discover on site. Channel plans get built against local rules rather than a copy of the New York configuration, and power distribution is confirmed in advance — including whether the venue can actually supply what the deployment needs at peak.

Venue technical teams are brought in early, because the venue almost always knows something about the building that no drawing records.
Systems are built and tested on the bench in Long Island City before anything ships. Cloud-managed platforms mean a device can be adopted, configured and verified remotely, so equipment arrives already carrying its final configuration. On a schedule where the room is only available for a day, that difference decides whether the deployment lands.
Projects hand over with documentation, device inventories and named accounts scoped per user. Remote support continues afterwards where the platform allows it — monitoring, firmware and administration do not require presence. Where a permanent installation would need ongoing local attendance, we will say that plainly and help you find someone who can provide it.
