Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of www.supercell.nyc and the services provided by Supercell Systems LLC. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Supercell Systems LLC provides low-voltage security and technology integration services, including access control, video surveillance, event and venue WiFi, network infrastructure, audio/visual, and managed service and support. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement, which govern that engagement.
2. Proposals & Quotations
Proposals and quotations are valid for the period stated on the document and are subject to change based on final site conditions, equipment availability, and manufacturer pricing. A signed proposal or agreement is required before work begins. Estimates provided during a free site survey are preliminary and non-binding until formalized in writing.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to suspend work or services on past-due accounts. Deposits and progress payments may be required for equipment procurement and larger installations.
4. Warranties
Installation workmanship is warranted as stated in your service agreement. Hardware and equipment carry the warranties provided by their respective manufacturers; we pass through and help administer these warranties but do not extend them. Software platforms and cloud services are subject to the terms of their providers. Managed service and maintenance coverage is defined by your specific service level agreement (SLA).
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable site access, adequate power and network connectivity where required, and timely decisions and approvals. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own credentials and access permissions, and for compliance with any laws applicable to their use of surveillance, recording, and access-control systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
Security and technology systems reduce risk but cannot guarantee prevention of all incidents, loss, or damage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supercell Systems LLC’s liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for interruptions caused by third-party hardware, software, networks, or utility services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Supercell Systems LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Partner and manufacturer logos are the property of their respective owners and are used to indicate certified partnerships.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New York.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
